July 2011 Happy 4th of July everybody!!!

Hallo alle!
Ich wollte mich nur noch mal ganz kurz melden, bevor wir uns auf den Weg nach Kalifornien machen.

Wie immer könnt ihr natürlich die letzte Seite hier noch mal anschauen.

I wanted to check in with you all real quick before making our way to california.

Die letzten zwölf Tage waren wir schon in einem Hotel.
Das ist ziemlich deprimierend, und deshalb versuchen wir so viel wie möglich tagsüber zu unternehmen.
Ach übrigens: Schickt uns bitte keine Post mehr. Das wir alles nur an unser deutsches Postfach weitergeleitet, und wir kriegen das eh nicht bis August.

Unsere Pläne für die nächsten vier Wochen sehen etwa so aus:
Nächsten Donnerstag feiern wir Connors Geburtstag auf 'unserer' Farm.
Am Freitag fahren wir nach SC für ein paar Tage, um Brians Auto abzuliefern.
Mitte Juli geht es los nach Kalifornien, wo wir etwa 2 1/2 Wochen bleiben werden.
Danach geht es nach Michigan und Wisconsin.
Und endlich endlich am 9. August werden wir nach Stuttgart fliegen (wir kommen am 10. dort an).

Jetzt zeig ich euch noch ein paar Fotos der letzten paar Tage, dann mach ich für dieses Mal Schluss.
For the last twelve days we have been living in a hotel.
It is quite depressing, so we try and do lots of stuff during the days.
By the way: Don't send us any more mail, as everything will be forwarded to our mailbox in Germany and we will not get it until August anyway.

Our plans for the next four weeks look approximately like this:
Next Thursday we will celebrate Connor's birthday at 'our' farm.
Friday we will drive to SC for a few days to drop off Brians car.
Mid of July we will fly to California, where we will stay for about 2 1/2 weeks.
Then we are off to Michigan and Wisconsin.
And finally, finally on August 9th we will fly to Stuttgart (arriving there on the 10th).

Now I will just show you a few pictures of the last few days and then I will sign off for today.
